A sales tool that never went dark
One .NET MAUI + Blazor WASM codebase — Android & iOS offline, web online — replatformed with no downtime for the field team.
Building on years of owning and growing an internal iPad sales app for a national dealer network, we're now leading its replatform onto a modern, cross-platform .NET MAUI + Blazor WebAssembly stack — one codebase delivering to Android, iOS, and web, without disrupting the field team using it day to day.
What was built
- Replatforming a mature internal sales app — long maintained and grown for a national dealer network — onto .NET MAUI with Blazor WebAssembly.
- One shared codebase now targets three platforms: Android and iOS, each with full offline support for reps in the field, and web for online-only access.
- Moving the app from a single-platform iPad tool to a true multi-platform C#/Blazor codebase — carrying forward years of accumulated functionality rather than starting the feature set over.
The relief
A tool this central to how a sales team works can't be modernized in a vacuum — the platform has to change underneath it while the team keeps working without interruption. This is that step: taking a mature, business-critical app and moving it onto a stack built for the long term — one codebase, three platforms, reps still working offline in the field — on top of everything already proven out in years of prior ownership.
