Off their hands for good

Took over a business-critical iPad sales app, kept it rock-solid, and grew it feature by feature.

A national dealer network had an internal iPad sales app its field teams depended on every day — and needed someone to take it off their hands for good. We took over maintenance, kept it stable and reliable, and grew it feature by feature over several years as the sales team's needs changed — eventually leading a ground-up rebuild once years of incremental growth had made the original harder to extend.

What was built

  • Took ownership of an existing internal sales app used by field dealers on iPad, moving from pure maintenance into active feature development over several years.
  • Kept a business-critical daily tool stable and reliable for a national dealer network's field sales team, who depend on it every day in the field.
  • Continuously shipped new features as the sales org's needs evolved, eventually leading a ground-up rebuild to give the accumulated functionality a foundation built to keep growing.

The relief

Sales tools that field teams depend on every day can't just go down for maintenance or rework — they have to keep working while they're improved underneath. This is the long arc: stabilizing a tool the business already relied on, then growing it feature by feature as the sales org changed, without the team ever losing the tool they open every morning — and without anyone inside the business having to carry it.
